What are the sizes of the dice?
The dice measures 35mm from face to face.
What are the dice made out of?
The dice are made from two part resin. Included in the resin is alcohol ink, mica powders, lightweight foils, iridescent sheets, ultra light glitters, and color shifting flakes.
When inlays/inclusions are added in the dice, they are made of resin, so they will not cause an imbalance in the dice.
How to care for the dice?
The dice are made from resin, which is a durable material but should be properly cared for. Keep your new dice away from high heat and direct sunlight, as this can cause discoloration. Rolling your dice in a dice tray will help protect your dice and table.
How long does it take for an order to be filled?
Expect 3-4 weeks for the dice to be finished
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. If the dice arrive damaged please email me at contact.forsakendice@gmail.com and we will discuss your options.
What happens if my package is lost in the mail?
If your package is lost in the mail, contact the United States Postal Service to help with the location of your package. If USPS is unable to provide you with a location, please email me at contact.forsakendice@gmail.com with proof of lost package and we can discuss your options.
The dice I want is sold out, when will it be available again?
Once I have caught up with current orders they will be available again. Follow on social media to get updated
The design I'm interested in is no longer on the site, how do I get it?
Designs are going to be coming out in collections. They will be available for a limited time of 3-4 months.
Do you ship internationally?
For now, since this is a new shop, I am going to only be shipping within the United States. As time passes, I will revisit and make an announcement when I will start shipping internationally.
